The Company
J Welsh Engineering, founded by John Welsh Senior are based in the Chesterton area of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
JWE currently has 28 employees, the majority of which are from the local community, with most being known personally to the management team; John Welsh Senior, John Welsh Junior, Tim Welsh and Claire Welsh all take on active roles within the business and are involved in the day to day operations of the business.
As well as employing many members of staff from the local community, J Welsh Engineering also has close ties with many local organisations; these include Newcastle (Staffs) Rugby Club, Silverdale Athletic Football Club and Silverdale Amateur Boxing Club.
Recently, to meet customer requirements we have developed a Civil Engineering Division to undertake all aspects of Drainage, Concreting, Tarmacing, Drop Kerbs, Landscaping and garden structures such as Pergolas, summer houses and High Security Sheds.
We specialise in high quality, bespoke products and are proud of both our pro-active and re-active approach to our clients.
About the Team
- All welders are qualified to current regulation standards, including Coded Welding
- Some installers have recently been awarded P.A.S.M.A accreditation
- All installers and ground workers have / are encouraged to take NVQ Qualifications
